– Uncover Energy Conservation Potentials
Under the airINSIGHT program I&M Industrials, Inc. offers a compressed air system audit to it’s clients in South Carolina and Augusta Ga. Along with I&M’s engineering services we uncover energy conservation opportunities. With the economic pressures of today’s production environment, a compressed air system, that is not operating efficiently, can negatively affect the bottom line.
In most manufacturing plants, the compressed air system is the most expensive utility. Our airINSIGHT Team under the leadership of our DOE Certified AIRMaster+ Specialist will benchmark your dynamic efficiency, uncovers energy waste and cost savings, and provide engineered solutions to guarantee peak performance in accordance with “Compressed Air Challenge” best practices.
airINSIGHT Service includes:
- Full system measurement – Actual flow, amps/kW, pressure, dew point, temperature
- Multiple solution analysis
- Turn-key solution implementation and Best Practice suggestions
- Most importantly – a plan for sustained energy optimization regardless of increase or decrease in future air usage
