I just thought that I might take a minute out to pass along some thoughts that I have about I & M Industrials, Inc. It seems that now days 90% of the time the order of any service/supplier type of business is to field grips, complaints, and problems that a customer brings, most of the time angrily, to any businesses doorstep. All businesses are made up of the people that operate the business from the bottom to the top. I have 38 years in the industrial maintenance and management field and consider myself to be a professional. As a professional I have the ability to recognize true professionalism in many areas. As I look at the business relationship between I & M Industrials, and Solo Cup Co. I see true professionalism and the "What can I do to help you" attitude from all of your team that makes the business what it is. So, no grips from me, just kudos and a big "atta boy" for Brett Easterling, Jim Murdock, Mark Adams, and Chuck Martin. Thanks Guys!

I would like to let you know how completely satisfied I am with the compressed air project that we worked together on here at EZ-GO. As a result of the project, we have accomplished the following: Reduced total operating cost of compressed air by $111,300 annually. Stabilized pressure in plant. We were fluctuating by 19 PSI and we now hold +/- 1.5 PSI consistently. Provide reliable, dry air to plant with no more moisture issues. Reduced the number of compressors we run from 5 to 2 compressors. We turned off 450 HP worth of compressors and we now have built in backup compressors! The system controller has completely automated our compressed air system and the energy we consume with the compressed air system matches the demand we have in the plant. I appreciate the opportunity to work with I&M Industrials on this project and would recommend you and your company to anyone that is serious about saving energy and adding stability, not just to their compressed air system, but to their manufacturing process.

As a long-time customer of I&M Industrials, we have had exceptional service in getting material in a timely manner for our processes. We use Ashcroft gauges, Sarco steam products, Norgren regulators, Jabsco pumps, Dwyer gauges and Asco solenoids which we can always get within a day or two notice. Our sales representative, Tom Carter, has been an asset to Honeywell and BASF in helping with various equipment upgrades. Recently, Honeywell completed an upgrade from Slack & Parr OEM solenoids to Asco Joucomatic solenoids. With Mr. Carter's help in replacing the OEM solenoids, we have had no solenoid failures in the last seven (7) months. Thanks for all the help I&M has given us and we hope to continue with this partnership in the future.

I wanted to thank you, Jim Murdock and all of I&M for the great service and good advice given over the past 18 months or so that we have done business together. Our air compressor reliability is much improved, and the landfill gas compressor was critical to the success of our methane recovery project. Thanks for the help. Your company has been supplying Hexcel (formerly known as Clark Schwebel) with quality equipment and service for many years. Services and product that include: Garner Denver Air compressors, Domick Hunter filters, AIRTECH dryers, Asco Solenoid valves, Sarco Steam products, Ashcroft gauges and other product that have kept our plant running and also have helped reduce downtime in our facility. I would like to personally thank Chuck Martin and Tom Carter. Chuck has performed service on our Atlas Copco air compressors for the last three years. He is very professional with his service and abilities. Tom Carter has been there when we have needed him. He has worked on steam system problems, provided parts on breakdown situations and is always there when we need him
