Tim Snead began his working life with hands on work to provide for his family and the life he was building. He has held titles in construction, heavy equipment operation, and welding. While he was proud of the work he did and the life those positions provided through his labor, he found his career home on August 27th 2012 with I&M Industrials. Tim was originally hired to run the shipping and receiving department and then quickly showed his ability to move up in the company. Within just a short time he moved into the I&M Industrials service department as a parts coordinator and expeditor. Again Tim proved his value as an employee and made a move to customer service where he has built relationships with clients and promoted the company name. In this position he has evolved his knowledge of compressor parts and overall industry understanding. With his always growing skills, Tim has solidified his dedication and worth as a member of the I&M Industrials family as well as to his customers who value his service to them. His first four years with us will only be a starting point to a long, successful career here.
Outside of work Tim continues to make his family and their life top priority. They spend valuable hours together enjoying the outdoors and making memories. A huge part of this bonding is often built around shared hobbies as a sporting family. Whether fishing for the day’s big catch or hunting whatever wild game is in season, Tim can be found doing this with those he loves.
